Gibair Heating and Cooling Solutions Ltd are experienced with ever-changing Building Regulations including BREEAM, British Council of Offices (BCO) specification for Commercial Office Refurbishments and we work with specialists to produce SBEM and Thermal Modelling of buildings to aid the production of Energy Performance Rating certificates.
Our client relationship model is to offer a ‘single point of contact’ from enquiry to handover of the completed project, we believe that our clients value the fact that we offer a dedicated manager of the process.

Following the installation and commissioning of your new HVAC system, we believed a Planned Maintenance regime is paramount to ensure you maximise the performance, efficiency and life span of the equipment.
Regular planned maintenance visits, in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations will also protect their warranties offered on the newly installed equipment.
